President Mulatu receives credentials of newly appointed Ambassadors of ten countries

Addis Ababa, November 14, 2017 (FBC) - President Mulatu Teshome received credentials of newly appointed Ambassadors of ten different countries today.

Ambassador Vilma Thomas Ramirez of Cuba, Ambassador Johan Borgstam of Delegation of the European Union to Ethiopia, Ambassador Brita Wagener of Germany, Ambassador Sonja Hyland of Ireland, Ambassador Wasfi Ayyad of Jordan, Ambassador Torbjorn Pettersson of Sweden, Ambassador Daniel Hunn of Switzerland, Ambassador Rebecca Amuge of Uganda, Ambassador Michael Raynor of the United States of America were among the new Ambassadors who have submitted their credentials to President Mulatu this morning.

Welcoming the Ambassadors and wishing them success in their tenures, President Mulatu assured Ambassadors of his government’s utmost support. In their remarks the Ambassadors pledged to further enhance the strong ties their countries built over the years with Ethiopia to a higher gear.
