Terrorist Shene attacks innocent civilians in Dera Gundo Meskel Woreda, Oromia

Addis Ababa, December 31, 2021 (FBC) – The terrorist Shene group has attacked innocent civilians in Dera Gundo Meskel Woreda of North Shewa Zone, Oromia Region,  according to a local official.

The Head of North Shewa Zone Administrative and Security Office, Abrham Birhanu exclusively told FBC that the Shene terrorist Group is killing civilians and destroying properties in the guise of struggle of the Oromo people.

After a serious devastation they sustained following coordinated measures taken by government security forces in Idabu Abote Woreda on Thursday, militants of the terrorist group retreated to Dera Gundo Meskel where they attacked civilians, the Head said.

Continued measures will be taken to wipe out militants of the terrorist group from the area, he added.
