Ethiopian launches a terminal, flight for Hajj pilgrims
Addis Ababa, June 5, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopian Airlines, the largest passenger and cargo carrier in Africa, has prepared a terminal for the 1,444th Hajj pilgrims with a shrine and rest area and launched the inaugural flight today.
The President of the Ethiopian Islamic Affairs Supreme Council (EIASC), Sheikh Haji Ibrahim Tufa, the Head of the commercial department of Ethiopian Airlines, Mr. Lema Yadecha, the head of Ethiopian’s operations department, Mr. Reta Melaku, and other guests were present at the launching ceremony, the Airline confirmed.
