Addis Ababa, Denver cities discuss ways to implement areas of cooperation

Addis Ababa, May 24, 2023 (FBC) – A delegation of Addis Ababa City Administration, headed by Mayor Adanech Abiebie, held a discussion with Denver City Mayor Michael Hancock, city leaders and Chamber of Commerce officials about ways to implement the areas of cooperation.

The Ethiopian delegation has highlighted broad description of Addis Ababa City to the officers and members of the Denver City Chamber of Commerce.

The Denver City officials appreciated the work which Addis Ababa is undertaking to make the city beautiful. They shared their experiences about the benefits of private sector working in partnership with the government.

“As there are a large number of educated young people in our city, we discussed in detail the benefits of working closely in different sectors by coordinating the institutions in Denver and bringing their services that create job opportunities for the youth to Addis Ababa”, Mayor Adanch wrote on her twitter timeline.

She also thanked Mayor Hancock and his colleagues for the hospitality accorded and to ensure the success of the Addis Ababa city delegates stay in Denver city.
