Afar, Somali regional states agree to resolve recent problems

Addis Ababa, April 8, 2021 (FBC) –Presidents of Afar and Somali regional states have reached an amicable agreement to immediately resolve issues that arose recently.

They agreed to address the problems following a consultative meeting held today and chaired by Muferihat Kamil, Minister of Peace.

The meeting was also attended by higher officials from the two regions, the peace and security leadership of the government.
