Addis Ababa, September 11, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopian Ambassador to India, Demeke Atnafu, met with Dr. Rishabh Malhotra, Vice Chairman of Inventivepreneur Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ICCI) to discuss business and investment opportunities in Ethiopia.
Ambassador Demeke briefed the Vice Chairman on business and investment opportunities in Ethiopia, mainly on priority investment sectors (agriculture and agro-processing, manufacturing, ICT, mining and tourism). He also highlighted the favourable economic factors; such as market access, land, trainable labour force, specialized economic zones, fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, economic reforms, etc.
The Embassy and ICCI have agreed to collaborate on a series of business engagements and to upscale bilateral business and investment partnerships between the two nations.
