Addis Ababa, May 12, 2021 (FBC) – Hirut Zemene, Ambassador of Ethiopia to Belgium, Luxembourg and EU Institutions, yesterday presented her letters of credence to Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission.
President von der Leyen had warmly welcomed Ambassador Hirut recalling her visit to Ethiopia in 2020, according to Ethiopian Mission in EU.
During the ceremony, Ambassador Hirut and Ursula von der Leyen had the opportunity to briefly exchange ideas about the current situation in Ethiopia.
