Addis Ababa, May 4, 2023 (FBC) – Moussa Faki Mahamat, Chairperson of the African Union Commission, met with Ambassador Dafalla Elhaj Ali, Envoy of the President of Sudan’s Sovereign Council.
During the meeting the Chairperson of the AU Commission, Moussa Faki Mahamat reiterated the AU’s position for the urgent need to stop hostilities, allow safe humanitarian access and for the urgent return to political negotiations in the supreme interest of Sudan.
