Addis Ababa, January 31, 2020 (FBC) -China will soon launch the construction of Africa Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said the country’s envoy.
The construction of the centre is scheduled to be completed within two years, according to Tan Jian, ambassador of China to Ethiopia.
China will build the center with the aim of improving the continent’s health sector, he told ENA.
Ambassador Jian said that China wants to demonstrate its solidarity with Africans through building the center.
