Addis Ababa, December 14, 2019 (FBC) –Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa city administration, Engineer Takele Uma received here yesterday Liu Yu, Economic and Trade Affairs Advisor of the Chinese Government.
The two discussed the modern housing project that will be undertaken jointly by the city administration and China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) in the capital city around Gotera area.
Takele noted that the project will be commenced soon on a total of 27 hectares of land.
It is the second largest project next to the ultra-modern city mall project which will be built on 360,000 square meters of land around La Gare area.
The La Gare area project will have 4,000 apartments, 3 hotels, office buildings and other outdoor service areas.
Eagle Hills, Abu Dhabi based private real estate development company, will undertake the construction of the project.
