Addis Ababa, August 22, 2022 (FBC) – Dutch investors have shown interest to invest in the agricultural sector of Ethiopia. They are interested in exploring potentials in the horticulture area particularly in coffee, vegetables and fruits, confirmed Henk Jan Bakker, Ambassador of Netherlands to Ethiopia.
The ambassador stated that they are going to encourage different investors of the Netherlands to visit Ethiopia. He also stressed that his country’s investors are interested in the horticulture development sector.
Negash Wagesho, Deputy Head of South-West Ethiopian Peoples Region, received and spoke to the Ambassador in his office today.
Negash has assured that the regional government is ready to provide all the necessary support to Dutch investors when they begin their investment in various options in the region.
