Addis Ababa, September 16, 2022 (FBC) – Lencho Bati, Ambassador of Ethiopia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has held a meeting with Turki Almadhi, managing director and vice chairman of VIA Ships, and his colleagues.
The Ethiopian government’s priorities were outlined by Ambassador Lencho, who also urged the investors to make investments in modern agriculture, mining, and the energy sector.
He also highlighted the attractive tourist destinations that Ethiopia offers through its top-notch Ethiopian airlines. They were invited by Ambassador Lencho to go to Ethiopia and look into the country’s investment opportunities.
On their part, the CEO, Turki, and his coworkers thanked the Ambassador for the chance to meet with him and expressed the company’s interest in entering the agroprocessing, energy, banking, and telecommunications sectors. The CEO added that they are thinking about making investments in various Ethiopian economic sectors soon.
