Addis Ababa, December 29, 2021 (FBC) – Sidama Regional State has taken initiative and started activities accordingly to restore facilities of ten health care institutions that had been destroyed by forces of the terrorist TPLF in North Shewa Zone.
The delegation led by Health Bureau of Sidama Region, Selamawit Mengesha comprising health professionals and leadership of various regional institutions visited institutions looted and vandalized by terrorist TPLF during its invasion in North Shewa Zone, Amhara Region and handed over medical supplies to zonal officials.
Furthermore, the delegation has exchanged views with health sector leadership of North Shewa Zone, Amhara Region on how to accelerate restoration works and make all identified institutions fully operational soon.
