Addis Ababa, May 4, 2023 (FBC) – Deputy Chief of Mission at the United States Embassy in Addis Ababa, Fiona Evans and officials from Thermo Fisher Scientific launched new Global Health Equity Initiative Program in Ethiopia.
The initiative addresses growing global healthcare disparities by prioritizing health equity measures through improved health facilities and enhanced testing capabilities to prevent and treat communicable and non-communicable diseases.
In making the pledge, Thermo Fisher confirmed its commitment to meaningful action and collaboration with the Ethiopian government and private businesses in the healthcare sector to advance health equity in Ethiopia.
