Addis Ababa, September 3, 2020 (FBC) – The USAID has provided testing equipment and supplies for laboratories to Ethiopia today.
Officials from Ministry of Health and Ethiopian Public Health Institute have received the donation from USAID representatives in Addis Ababa.
On the handover ceremony, the representatives of USAID said the people of the united state will continue to support efforts to bolster timely testing and control capacity in Ethiopia.
It is to be recalled that the U.S. government has donated a shipment of 250 state-of-the-art ventilators and other critical care equipment to assist Ethiopia with its response to COVID-19.
