Ethiopia has a special place in history of humanity: Israeli Architect Zalman Einav

Addis Ababa, July 25, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopian Ambassador to Israel, Reta Alemu met with Architect Zalman Einav, Israeli Architect, who worked and lived in Ethiopia many years ago.

Zalman talked about his architectural designs in Ethiopia including the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the time of Emperor Hailesellasie. His works were featured at National Geography Magazine.

At the age of 92, he has fresh memories of his time in Addis Ababa. Zalman said that Ethiopia maintains unique historical ties with Israel and has a special place in the history of humanity that the world can learn from.

Architect Zalman Einav expressed interest to promote cultural exchange and tourism between the two countries. Ambassador Reta noted that Ethiopia as the home of ancient human civilization has a lot to offer.
