Ethiopians, Eritreans protest in New Jersey opposing HR6600 draft bill
Addis Ababa, March 11, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopians and Eritreans living in the U.S. held a rally in New Jersey protesting against RH6600 draft bill: Ethiopia Stabilization, Peace and Democracy Act proposed by 117th Congress of the U.S.
The rally has been held in front of the office of the representative of New Jersey Congressman Tom Malinowski.
Representatives of the Ethiopian and Eritrean demonstrators in the U.S. have also sent a letter to Congressman Tom Malinowski.
Ethiopians and Eritreans in several states of America have planned to undertake similar protests as campaign are underway to protect approval of the draft bill by congress.
