First Lady Zinash Tayachew inaugurates Berhan Debarq Secondary School

Addis Ababa, January 13, 2021 (FBC) – Berhan Debarq Secondary School which is built by the First Lady Zinash Tayachew has been inaugurated on Wednesday.

Fists Lady Zinash Tayachew and the Amhara Regional State President Agegnehu Teshager along with federal and regional officials have attended the inauguration ceremony.

Berhan Debarq Secondary school has been built as part of the national initiative being implemented by the Office of First Lady in order to enhance educational access and quality across the country.

The school construction includes administrative hall, meeting hall, classrooms, laboratories, library and sanitation facilities, it is indicated.

According to the office, the school which has been built at a cost of 13.8 Million Birr has a capacity to enroll 1,000 students at a time.

Debarq town is located in Amhara Regional State some 90 kilo meters from Gondar City.
