First Phase of $39.7mln Cardiac Care Center at Black Lion Hospital completed

Addis Ababa, April 25, 2022 (FBC) – The first phase of the Cardiac Care Center at the Black Lion Referral Hospital which was being built at a cost of 39.7 million USD has been completed and made operational.

High government officials including the Health Minister Lia Tadesse and members of the diplomatic community have attended the inaugural ceremony.

In is stated on the ceremony that 50pct of the budget of the construction of the state-of-the-art Cardiac Care center has been covered by the Government of the Netherlands. The center has been equipped with cutting edge medical equipment and necessary supplies.
