Guye, Gotytom Win Berlin Marathon

Addis Ababa, September 26, 2021 (FBC) – Ethiopian athlete Guye Adola has won the BMW Berlin Marathon today.

Guye crossed the line with the time of 2:05:44.

Kenyan athlete Bethwell Yegon and the Ethiopian Kenenisa Bekele took second and third places respectively.

In women’s category, an other Ethiopian Gotytom Gebreslase has become champion. Her time is 2: 20: 09. Her fellow Ethiopians Hiwot Gebrekidan & Helen Tola have won, respectively, the second and third places.
