INSA, Intel Corporation sign cooperation agreement on cyber security and strategies

Addis Ababa, September 29, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopian Information Network Security Administration (INSA) and Intel Corporation signed a cooperation agreement to enable them to work together on cyber security and strategies.

The agreement includes cooperation of both institutes on human resource development and capacity building, cyber security, research and cyber policy and strategies.

Mrs. Tigst Hamid, deputy director general of INSA, who signed the agreement on behalf of INSA, said that the administration is committed to working with Intel Corporation on cyber research and development.

Norberto Antonio, Intel Corporation’s Director of Business Consumption for Europe, Middle East and Africa, said that he has witnessed better experience and encouraging activities in the field of cyber security and research in Ethiopia.

Solomon Soka, Director General of INSA, welcomed Norberto Antonio and his colleagues, and then he gave tour to the delegation in the Administration’s digital exhibition and talent development centers.
