Israeli Aliyah and Integration Minister arrives in Addis Ababa
Addis Ababa, November 29, 2020 (FBC) – Israeli and Integration Minister, Pnina Tamano-Shata arrived in Addis Ababa this morning for a working visit.
Ethiopia’s State Minister of Foreign Affairs, Tsion Teklu accorded a warm welcome to her at the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.
The Israeli Minister will stay in Ethiopia for a couple of days, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Tamano-Shata is the first Ethiopian-born woman to hold a Knesset seat. Aliyah refers to the immigration of diaspora Jews to Israel.
