Israeli delegation arrive in Gondar to support reconstruction of damaged health facilities

Addis Ababa, April 12, 2022 (FBC) – The visiting Israeli delegation that includes health professionals and parliamentary members has arrived in Gondar City, Amhara Region to support restoration and reconstruction of health facilities vandalized and ransacked by TPLF.

According to University of Gondar, a round table involving participation of the delegation, high officials and stakeholders will take place focusing on how to rebuild and restore the damaged health system in sustainable manner.

The delegation has been accorded with warm welcome by Child and Maternal Health Director at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Meseret Zelalem, President of the University of Gondar, Dr. Asrat Atsedewoin and several high level government officials upon its arrival at Emperor Tewodros II Airport in the city.
