Ministry Urges Citizens to Take COVID-19 Vaccines

Addis Ababa, October 23, 2021 (FBC) – The Ethiopian Ministry of Health encourages people to vaccinate for corona virus.

Vaccination program advisor at the Ministry Liya Wondeset has told FBC that since the vaccines are available at all health institutions of the government any one above the age of 18 can get vaccinated.

Activities are underway to import more vaccines she adds.

To date, 3.1 million people in Ethiopia are said to have been inoculated with COVID-19 vaccines.
