Pan-African Public-Private Partnership Dev’t Center to open HQ in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa, July 28, 2023 (FBC) – Pan-African Public-Private Partnership Development Center is set to open its headquarters in Addis Ababa, the founder and CEO of the organization, Oksana Mayorova stated.

In an exclusive interview with Fana Broadcasting Corporate, the Chief Executive Officer stated that strong cooperation between government and private institutions will create an opportunity to create a stable economic system and free the country’s resources from undue external influence.

She also said that they have designed public-private partnership at the curriculum level and are providing online post-graduate training to more than two thousand African young scholars. The CEO added that the first graduates were Ethiopian students.

She also pointed out that 17 students from Mizan Tepi and Endjibara universities completed the training with excellent results and received certificates from well-known Russian universities.

The graduates have accumulated vital skills to help Ethiopia’s efforts to strengthen partnership between government and private institutions, Prof. Oksana noted.

The CEO mentioned that her organization is planning and operating various projects supported by high budgets to cooperate with Ethiopia and other African countries in various fields.

She said that for this success, preparations have been completed to open the headquarters in Addis Ababa next September.

The center aims to enable farmers engaged in environmental protection, coffee and banana cultivation in Ethiopia to contribute to the economic development of the country by increasing their skills and income through a strengthened government-private partnership framework, she underlined.
