President Sahle-Work attends inauguration of Congo-Brazzaville President

Addis Ababa, April 17, 2021 (FBC) –President Sahle-Work Zewde took part the inauguration of Congo-Brazzaville President Denis Sassou Nguesso.

The inauguration of the re-elected incumbent president took place in Brazzaville yesterday and was attended by leaders from more than 20 countries.

President Sahle-Work also held discussion with leaders on the sideline of the inauguration ceremony.

The discussion focused on the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD), Ethio-Sudan border dispute, latest development in northern parts of Ethiopia and upcoming general elections.
