Religious leaders extend Ethiopian Easter message

Addis Ababa, April 15, 2023 (FBC) – Religious leaders have extended their message on the Ethiopian Easter to be celebrated tomorrow.

The religious leaders called on the faithful to maintain the peace they obtained through the resurrection of Jesus Christ by adhering to good deeds.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ has brought salvation and peace to all mankind, the religious leaders underscored.

They underscored that lack of peace in some parts of the country should be addressed through dialogue and reconciliation.

They further urged Christians to work hard for peace and unity, stressing need to give alms to the needy during the celebration of the holiday.
