UN pledges continued support to Ethiopia in ensuring sustainable peace, development
Addis Ababa, July 16, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopia’s Minister of Planning and Development, Fitsum Assefa (PhD) met with UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed on the sideline of the UN High Level Politcal Forum in New York.
Fitsum briefed the Deputy Secretary-General on the activities Ethiopia has been undertaking to ensure sustainable peace despite the challenges it is facing in several aspects.

Appreciating the efforts Ethiopia’s efforts to achieve the sustainable development goals, Amina J. Mohammed has also pledged UN’s continued support to Ethiopia in ensuring sustainable peace and development in the nation.
