Addis Ababa and China’s Fujan sign sister city agreement

Addis Ababa, September 2, 2021 (FBC) – Addis Ababa and China’s Fujan Province signed sister city relationship agreement on Thursday.

Representing the Addis Ababa City Administration, Ethiopian Ambassador to China, Teshome Toga has signed the agreement with Mayor of Fujan in Beijing city.

The agreement is aimed to forge partnership between the two cities in agriculture, culture, tourism, education, sports and health sectors, Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa Adanech Abiebie said in Facebook.

The agreement is said to have a paramount significance in transforming close and longstanding ties between the peoples of Ethiopia and China.
