Addis Ababa to host 3rd TWF Assembly and Conference next year

Addis Ababa, March 9, 2024 (FBC) – The Welding Federation of Africa (TWF) held its 2nd Annual Assembly and International Conference in Lagos with the theme; “Materials Manufacturing Technologies, Managing Capacities in Africa.”

The event has brought together scientists, engineers, industrialists and policy makers to interact, review and discuss adoption, adaptation and or advances in materials manufacturing technologies to improve application experiences.

The conference is said a significant milestone in the collective efforts to promote excellence and innovation in the field of welding across Africa.

The assembly has chosen Ethiopia to host its next session. The upcoming 3rd assembly, scheduled for Addis Ababa in 2025, signifies TWF’s commitment to pan-African approach, it was stated on the occasion.
