Agriculture Minister confers with Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy

Addis Ababa, August 24, 2023 (FBC) – Girma Amente, Minister of Agriculture of Ethiopia, held a discussion today with Ambassador Tracey Ann Jacobson, Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the Minister and Ambassador Jacobson discussed on issues pertaining to rural development safety net, food security, soil acidity and soil health.

It is stated that they further discussed on issues of cooperation on large-scale agricultural investment and climate change.
