Amb Henek briefs French Senate on situation in Tigray

Addis Ababa, December 9, 2020 (FBC) –Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ethiopia in France, Henok Tefera explained to the French Senate about the Situation in Tigray.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Henok explained the genesis of the crisis occurred in Tigray following the cold blooded murder of officers and soldiers of National Defense Force by the TPLF junta.

He told the senate that Ethiopia has been undertaking latest phase of the law enforcement operation which is aimed to bring culprits to justice.

The government of Ethiopia is working to reestablish constitutional order in Tigray and bring rehabilitate the people affected by the law enforcement operation in Tigray, ambassador Henok said.

“Ethiopia’s democratization process is now solid footing.” he added.
