Ambassador Seleshi Bekele meets with Senator Mark Warner

Addis Ababa, September 29, 2022 (FBC) – Ambassador of Ethiopia to the U.S. Seleshi Bekele met with Senator Mark Warner, Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

According to the Ambassador, the two have exchanged views on current situation in Ethiopia focusing on the conflict in the north and Ethiopia-U.S. relationship.

The Ambassador and the Senator also discussed the role of the Diaspora Community in supporting the development endeavors of the country.

In related story, Ambassador Seleshi had a discussion with over 200 Ethiopian Diaspora in the North America. Ambassador appreciated roled played by the diasporain enhancing Ethio-US bilateral relations and development.
