CBE Rrecieves certificate for quality services

Addis Ababa, August 29, 2022 (FBC) – Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) has been awarded certificate for delivering quality services to its customers from Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions Group (Citibank) after scoring 99.1% and 98.5%.

USA-based Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions Group annually evaluates well known financial institutions around the world and awards top-performing financial institutions. 

CBE has won the 2021 prestigious award by meeting the Citibank’s evaluation criteria (Treasury Straight-Through Processing and Commercial Straight-Through) and scoring 99.1% and 98.5%, respectively. 

CBE has acknowledged that this global success is the result of a concerted effort of its customers, Board of Directors, the management, and the entire staff.

The Bank has also claimed that it will continue winning other great awards through maintaining its stamina and spirit of cooperation.
