Court to hear the rest of preliminary witnesses on cases of 14 suspects including Jawar on Tuesday

Addis Ababa, August 28, 2020 (FBC) – Federal First Instance Court Arada Branch has granted additional adjournment on coming Tuesday to hear the rest of preliminary witnesses on cases of 14 suspects including Jawar Mohammed.

Ethiopian Public Health Institute has submitted COVID 19 negative result certificate of the suspects listed from number 4 t0 14 on the file.

The court rejected requests from Jawar Mohammed and Bekele Gerba to meet friends due to COVID 19 state of emergency decree.

And Jawar Mohammed has been allowed to meet his wife and son via video conference twice a week based on the request he submitted to the court so far.
