Deputy Premier congratulates Ethiopians for stunning results achieved in World Athletics Indoor Championships

Addis Ababa, March 23, 2022 (FBC) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Demeke Mekonnen has congratulated congratulated all Ethiopians, Ethiopian athletes and the athletics community for the stunning results achieved in the 18th World Athletics Indoor Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia.

”We are proud of our athletes and their spectacular success that boosts our image globally,” Demeke Mekonnen said.

The Ethiopian athletics team has been accorded with warm welcome upon arrival at Bole International Airport, Addis Ababa.
