“Dine for Nation” initiative phase two launched

Addis Ababa, February 12, 2023 (FBC) – The phase two fundraising program of “Dine for Nation” is part of the national project initiated by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed in a bid to develop eco-friendly tourist destinations across the country.

More than 1.2 billion birr has been promised by individuals and organization who took place at the national fundraising event.

Chairperson of the fundraising coordinating committee of the local investors and Mayor of Addis Ababa, Adanech Abiebie, said the event comes at a time after the nation has undergone the current state of tension, pledging national unity to complete ongoing projects.

Senior government officials and investors engaged in various businesses in the country have attended the fundraising event.
