EIC, IPDC chiefs discuss with leadership of EDB Singapore

Addis Ababa, August 30, 2023 (FBC) – Chief Commissioner of Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC) Lelise Neme and CEO of Industrial Parks Development Corporation of Ethiopia (IPDC) Aklilu Taddese met and held a discussion with the leadership of Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB Singapore).

It is stated that during the discussion, the dignitaries exchanged valuable insights on experiences, policies, and reforms, with a focus on diverse approaches to attract foreign investors.

Both Ms. Lelise Neme and Aklilu Taddese are attending the Africa-Singapore Business Forum (ASBF) which serves as the prime platform for fostering business exchanges and investment between Africa and Asia.

Both officials also met yesterday with over 17 Singaporean investors who expressed their interest in investing in various sectors in Ethiopia.
