EIC launches IFC-backed project to attract anchor investors in agro-processing sector

Addis Ababa, May 29, 2023 (FBC) – The Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC), supported by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), has launched a project on Investment Lead Generation, Outreach, Follow up, and Conversion for Agro-processing.

With state-of-the-art integrated agro-industrial parks ready to welcome investors, Ethiopia offers the perfect ecosystem for Agro-processing ventures, according to EIC.

Joining forces with OCO Global, Triple Line and critical stakeholders in Ethiopia, the project aims to attract anchor investors to explore lucrative opportunities in Ethiopia’s thriving Agro-processing sector, it is learned.
