Enterprise to Purchase More Containers, Trucks Aiming to Boost Economy

Addis Ababa, October 11, 2021 (FBC) – Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise says it plans to buy more containers and trucks so as to help augment the national economy slackened by COVID-19 and internal conflict.

Chief Executive Officer of the enterprise, Roba Megersa, told EPA that the planned purchase of containers and trucks facilitates the import-export trade of the country.

This fiscal year , conveying 10 million ton fertilizer import on time  is a key task of the enterprise as supplying better agriculture inputs is one of the priority areas in the national economy, the CEO adds.
