Ethio-Djibouti Railway board, shareholders meeting held

Addis Ababa, January 18, 2024 (FBC) – The Ethio-Djibouti Railway Board and Shareholders convened in the city of Djibouti today to discuss the comprehensive Six-year Report and approve the 2024 Budget Plan.

The objective of the meeting, according to the Ethiopian Embassy in Djibouti, was to promote regional integration and facilitate the development of bilateral engagements.

The meeting was attended by Ethiopian delegation consisting of the Minister of Finance, Mr. Ahmed Shide, Minister of Transport and Logistics, Alemu Simie, Minister of Mines, Habtamu Tegegn, Chief Commissioner of Ethiopian Investment Commission, Lelise Neme as well as Djibouti’s Minister of Infrastructure and Equipment, Hassan Houmed, and other senior officials.
