Ethiopia, FAO discuss ways to enhance partnership

Addis Ababa, October 12, 2022 (FBC) – The Agriculture Minister Oumer Hussein discussed with Assistant Director General and Africa Regional Representative of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Abebe Hailegebriel on ways of enhancing partnership.

During the discussion, Oumer Hussein called on FAO to step up its technical support to Africa to help the continent mitigate the global food crisis.

The two also stressed the need to enhance result based partnership between FAO and Ethiopia and the continent Africa at large.

Oumer Hussein further expressed gratitude to FAO for its continued assistance for Ethiopia.
