Ethiopia, Israel vow to enhancing partnership in aviation industry

Addis Ababa February 2, 2023 (FBC) – The Israel Embassy in Addis Ababa hosted Ethiopian Airlines delegation led by its CEO, Mesfin Tasew.

According to the embassy Ambassador Aleligne Admasu, Israel’s Ambassador to Ethiopia warmly welcomed the delegation of Ethiopian.

The two parties have discussed enhancing partnership and collaboration in the aviation industry between the two countries, the embassy added.

Israel Aerospace Industry has recently cooperated on changing Ethiopian passenger planes to cargo. To this regard, the two nation’s companies have finished changing one-passenger airlines to cargo and the other is in the pipeline, the embassy stated.

The embassy further said that the two sides have also pledged to further expand such collaboration and to attract more cargo transport service by Ethiopian, the embassy said in a social media post and added that the strategic move will help the nation to freight its local products to the world easily.
