Ethiopia, World Bank agree $405mln grant for water development, anti-COVID campaign
Addis Ababa, June 17, 2022 (FBC) – The Ministry of Finance and the World Bank Group have signed 405 million USD financial assistance agreements.
The Finance Minister, Ahmed Shide and the World Bank Ethiopia Representative Ousmane Dione have signed the agreement.
The financial assistace will be used to support underground water development activities in pastoralist and low rainfall areas and activities underway to curtail Coronavirus pandemic.
