Ethiopian Ambassador pays a courtesy visit to Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs

Addis Ababa, October 5, 2020 (FBC) – The newly appointed Ambassador of Ethiopia to Egypt Markos Tekle has paid a courtesy visit to the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs on Monday.

Director of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs, Ezzat Saad has received Ambassador Markos.

Ambassador Markos and the Director, Ezzat Saad had fruitful exchanges on the prospects for strengthening bilateral relations between Ethiopia and Egypt.

The newly posted Ethiopian Ambassador to Egypt, Markos Tekle presented his credentials to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, effectively kicking off his diplomatic tenure in the country on September 23, 2020.
