Ethiopian athletics delegation welcomed home
Addis Ababa, June 15, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopia has welcomed home the Athletics delegation which has participated in the 22nd African Athletics Championships in Mauritius.
Ethiopia has finished 22nd African Athletics Championships competition 5th with 4 gold, 6 silver, and 4 bronze medals.
The Athletics delegation has been accorded warm welcome by State Minister of Culture and Sports, Ambassador Mesfin Chernet and other government officials upon arrival at Bole International Airport.
The team will also be presented with cash prize at a ceremony to be held at Ararat Hotel in the capital.
