Ethiopian athletics team concludes preparations ahead of Riga23
Addis Ababa, September 26, 2023 (FBC) – The Ethiopian athletics team has completed final preparations ahead of the inaugural World Athletics Road Running Championships in Riga, Latvia.
The national team has undertaken the final exercise earlier this morning at the Ethiopian Sports Academy with a strong team spirit.
The final training session was attended by the leadership of Ethiopian Athletics Federation (EAF); including the President Derartu Tulu, Executive Committee Member & Team Leader, Mr. Tesfaye Asgedom, and Office Representative Mr. Yohannes Engida
Ethiopian athletes are whetting their swords for more titles in Riga on the 1st of October in 1 mile, 5km and half marathon podiums.
Thousands of great athletes from less than 100 countries of the world will participate in those three categories.
