Ethiopian athletics team receives award, incentives for its achievement in WXC Bathurst 2023
Addis Ababa, February 21, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopian athletics team has received recognition award for its achievement in the 44th World Cross Country Championship in Bathurst, Australia, the Ministry of Culture & Sport-Ethiopia said.
The Ethiopian athletics delegation returned from Bathurst with 2 golds, 7 silvers and 1 bronze with a total of 10 medals, taking 2nd place in the world.
The team has returned to Ethiopia last night and was greeted at upon its arrival at Bole International Airport, according to the Ministry.
