Ethiopian delegation participates in the 11th AfCFTA Council of Ministers Meeting
Addis Ababa, February 11, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopian delegation, led by Kassahun Gofe, State Minister at the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration-Ethiopia (MoTRI), is participating on the 11th meeting of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Council of ministers responsible for trade, being held in Gaborone, Botswana.
According to the State Minister, the AfCFTA 11th ministerial meeting aims to particularly mull on treatment of products from the Special Economic Arrangements or zones of establishing the African Continental Free Trade Area.
It was also stated that the meeting further aims on adopting the discussions and proposals presented by 14th meeting of senior trade officials.
