Ethiopian Navy acquires a capacity to turbocharge ENDF: Field Marshal Birhanu Jula

Addis Ababa, January 23, 2024 (FBC) – Chief of General Staff of the Ethiopian National Defense Forces (ENDF), Field Marshal Birhanu Jula demanded that the Ethiopian Navy resolutely executes its future missions.

The Chief of General Staff stressed the need for the Ethiopian Navy to carry out its mission in such a way to turbocharge the National Defense Force, Field Marshal Birhanu stressed.

Since the reform was introduced, the Ethiopian Navy has undertaken modern structural activities over the past five years adapting good practices of other countries to its environment in harmony with regional realities, he said.

The newly built Ethiopian Naval Force is strong enough and capable to carry out its mission on any body of water in a way to add impetus to the capacity of the National Defense Forces.
